The situations of sweating could differ but everyone sweats. In a party after bashing the dance floor many of us get conscious about if there is a presence of body odor because of our sweat. Again some us get confused about their abnormal sweating when they find their shirts full wet while others with less sweaty appearances. Sweating is a process through which our body heat and body temperature gets regulated through sweats and evaporations of sweats. So, it is always good to sweat unless you get some problem which is a rare case. Again getting a body odor is somewhat hereditary and it is said that people in ancient time living in jungles and dens with strong body odor used to stay safe from the animals those used to be man-eaters.</p>
<p><strong>Different Sweating Situations:</strong></p>

<li>High temperature in Summer gets sweating</li>
<li>Working out or in gym pulling weights gives sweats</li>
<li>Job in an industry where there is a presence of fire and if your work is around that place you gets sweat</li>
<li>Pushing or pulling things which are quiet heavy makes you to sweat</li>
<li>Too much tensions and stress in mind leads to sweating</li>
<li>Eating hot and spicy foods gives sweating sometimes</li>
<li>Cooking continuously for a long time gives you sweat</li>

<li>Palms and feet sweating</li>

<p><strong>Effects of sweating:</strong></p>

<li>Too much sweating can cause dehydration and lowering iodine presence in our body which finally leads to weakness</li>
<li>Due to hereditary many of us gets body odor which makes people conscious</li>

<p><strong>Steps to prevent sweating:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Try to wear breathing clothes which are meant to control sweating for example, shoes with pores presence on both its sides for air pass on, save you from getting sweats in feet even you are with your shoes on for along time. Again avoid clothes which are less tugged in or tight fitted.</li>
<li>Notice your diet and meals you are taking as diets have major roles on our body process. Include more fresh veggies and fruits and consume meat less. It will also prevent your body from obesity and weight gain.</li>
<li> drink plenty of simple water, drink black and green tea, and other healthy fluids</li>
<li>Keep yourself clean. People who think they are getting too much sweats should take bath daily either in Luke warm water or normal water according to your habits. Always try to clean your sweating body part.</li>
<li>Use deodorants and antiperspirants. Deodorants controls your body odor whereas Antiperspirants controls and regulates abnormal sweating</li>
<li>If you are getting abnormal menopause with blood clots consult your gynecologist as it is not good and also a reason of getting unnecessary sweats</li>
<li>Try to understand and get clear idea about the sweating you are getting is normal or excessive</li>
<li>Consult your doctor or dermatologist if you really feel you are sweating excessively</li>
</ol>
<p>Sweating is good as far as you do not feel weak, as sweating keeps our body fit and controls temperatures of our body and also helps us to loose weight by burning up our excessive fat and fatty acid.</p>
